崗位職責：

·負責酒店賓客、員工及設(shè)施的安全保衛(wèi)工作
·Implementproceduresforsecurityandemergencyincidents
·執(zhí)行安全和緊急事件處理程序
·Intheeventoffire,bethoroughlyfamiliarwithandguidedbythehotel’semergencyplan
·發(fā)生火災時，應熟知并按照酒店應急事件處理要求進行工作
·Befamiliarwithlocationoffirealarmsandfirefightingequipment
·熟悉消防報警及滅火器材的位置
·Maintainagoodknowledgeoftheliquoractandcriminalcode
·掌握有關(guān)酗酒及**管理條理
·Maintainaregularpresenceinpublicareaoryourassignedpost
·保持定期的在公共區(qū)域或所負責的崗位值勤
·Becorrect,secureandcourteousinhandlinganydisciplinaryorcriminalcase
·正確、安全、禮貌地處理各類違規(guī)及**案件
·Establishandmaintaintheeffectiveemployeerelations
·建立并保持良好的員工關(guān)系
·Bealertforanyunusualpackages,guestsorvehiclesandadvisesuperiorofsame
·對于異常的行李、客人或車輛保持高度警惕，并向上級領(lǐng)導匯報相關(guān)情況
·Bethoroughlyfamiliarofthepropertylayout,design,entryandexitpoints
·熟悉酒店布局、設(shè)計及出入口的情況
·EngageinstaffbagchecksandlockerchecksasdirectedbyHumanResources
·按照酒店人事部的要求檢查員工儲物柜及其隨身攜帶物品
·MakewaybyescortingVIPsanddignitarieswhendirectedanddirecttrafficawayfromPorteCochereandotherbusythoroughfares
·按照指示對酒店重要客人及重要官員提供護衛(wèi)，保證大堂及其它繁雜區(qū)域的交通秩序正常
·Ensurethatthesafetycontrolofficeisneverleftunattended
·確保安全控制辦公室無缺崗情況
·ProvideescortdutyformoneytransferstotheGeneralCashier’sofficeorbankasrequired
·按照要求對酒店與銀行之間的現(xiàn)金轉(zhuǎn)移提供護衛(wèi)
技能要求：

·高中文化或職業(yè)培訓
